phy: qcom-ufs-qmp-20nm: keep analog bias on
Link startup or hibern8 may fail sometimes if analog bias is not on. To ensure the stability of link startup and hibern8 enter/exit, this change adds the UFS phy configuration change to keep the analog bias on.
