ARM: dts: msm: add support for TDM

Add support for TDM on msmcobalt.
Time-division multiplexing (TDM) is a method of
transmitting data in the time domain. This can
be used to support data rates that exceed that of
the transmitted signal or to have up to 8 channel
support on a bus that normally supports less in
the frequency domain.
