perf tests: Remove wrong semicolon in while loop in CQM test

commit cf89813a5b514bff9b3b5e7eaf2090f22fba62e0 upstream.

The while loop was spinning. Fix by removing a semicolon.

The issue was pointed out by gcc-6's -Wmisleading-indentation.
