msm-auto: defconfig: Enable USB_QCOM_IPC_BRIDGE config
Enable USB_QCOM_IPC_BRIDGE config which is required to compile HSIC transport IPC router driver. Also update the Kconfig dependency chain and documentation to make the user select this config manually.
