net/mlx4_en: Extend usage of napi_gro_frags
We can call napi_gro_frags for all the received traffic regardless of the checksum status. Specifically, received packets whose status is CHECKSUM_NONE (and soon to be added CHECKSUM_COMPLETE) are eligible for napi_gro_frags as well.
