msm: ADSPRPC: attributes to support per-buffer coherent mappings

Added attributes for forcing a buffer mapped as coherent or
non-coherent by using the DMA_ATTR_FORCE_COHERENT and
DMA_ATTR_FORCE_NON_COHERENT.
