This patch add a coresight unit specific function coresight_cross_read
which can be used for ETM registers by providing a ETM specific read
function which does smp cross call to ensure the unit is powered up
before the register is accessed.

Commit b5e2ced9bf81 ("stm class: Use vmalloc for the master map") caused
a build error on some arches as vmalloc.h was not explicitly included.
Fix that by adding it to the list of includes.

Which is basically a result of the stm class trying to allocate ~512kB
for the dummy_stm with its default parameters. There's no reason, however,
for it not to be vmalloc()ed instead, which is what this patch does.

The CoreSight TPIU should be disabled when tracing to other sinks to allow
them to operate at full bandwidth.
This patch fixes tpiu_disable_hw() to correctly disable the TPIU by
configuring the TPIU to stop on flush, initiating a manual flush, waiting
for the flush to complete and then waits for the TPIU to indicate it has
stopped.

By convention, CoreSight devices number ports, not endpoints in
the .dts files:-

For reasons unknown, the stm_source removal path uses device_destroy()
to kill the underlying device object. Because device_destroy() uses
devt to look for the device to destroy and the fact that stm_source
devices don't have one (or all have the same one), it just picks the
first device in the class, which may well be the wrong one.
That is, loading stm_console and stm_heartbeat and then removing both
will die in dereferencing a freed object.
Since this should have been device_unregister() in the first place,
use it instead of device_destroy().

'commit 9021973bac ("coresight-remote-etm: Adds missing lock to avoid
race condition")' adds lock inside remote_etm_rcv_msg() which is not
needed as we are waiting inside it for a response of request made
remote_etm_enable => qmi_send_req_wait() which already holds lock
'drvdata->mutex'.
So, adding 'drvdata->mutex' inside remote_etm_rcv_msg() adds wait for
the lock and due to which not able to ack the response got which results
in timeout error qmi_send_req_wait().
This patch fixes the above mentioned issue by removing the lock added in
above mentioned commit.

Fix race condition seen between reading tmc buffer and enabling

There can be a case of race in the call to tmc_etr_bam_disable(). The call
from usb_notifier() to tmc_etr_bam_disable() is within a lock
'drvdata->mem_lock' but the call from tmc_disable is not under any lock
which can lead to race.
This patch adds the missing lock.

In an unsuccessful STM driver registration, the qdss_clk
is disabled twice in the error path i.e once in amba_probe
and stm_probe. Removed the redundant disable of qdss_clk
from the stm_probe for correct functionality.

We take a lock of drvdata->mutex and further wait on a lock
'drvdata->handle->handle_lock' in below path
remote_etm_disable => qmi_send_req_wait => qmi_encode_and_send_req
So, it is possible that while we wait on a handle lock in above mentioned
path The handle itself gets destroyed via below path
remote_etm_svc_exit => qmi_handle_destroy
and the handle is not valid anymore.
This patch adds lock drvdata->mutex at number of possible cases.

Add Minidump support for clients to get minimum required data
at the time of system crash. The Minidump table resides in SMEM,
BOOT(SBL) will iterate the table entries and dumps out (to USB/Flash)
the data in address location.
Any client can register to this table with static or known addresses,
as currently Minidump doesn't support dumping of dynamic data structures.
To simplify post processing, we create an ELF header, where each entry in
the minidump table is a section in elf header.
If Memory dump table enabled, Dump all data entries registered with MDT.

TPDM driver is allocating memory for TPDM datasets at two places which
leads to a memory leak issue.
Fix this issue by getting rid of one allocation call.

Current usage of spinlock in channel allocation might result in
live lock issue. In order to avoid this we move to a per cpu
channel allocation scheme. We rely on preemption being disabled
when we allocate channel to avoid any conflict. If we end up
handling an interrupt which logs when preemption is disabled it
is still gauranteed to not interfere with the current logging
as the channel id will be freed up before resuming.

For certain coresight devices probed via amba framework the clock
rate is not being set during probe time. The patch sets the rate
to an appropriate value instead of relying on default behavior.

This reverts commit 9d6fd2c3e9 ("Merge remote-tracking branch
'msm-4.4/tmp-510d0a3f' into msm-4.4"), because it breaks the
dump parsing tools due to kernel can be loaded anywhere in the memory
now and not fixed at linear mapping.
