Abhijit Kulkarni	6d9f602c72	msm: dsi: Turn off supplies in low power state ... This change allows certain phy supplies to be turned off when display transtions to low power state. This change adds funtionality to check each supplies setting and accordingly turns off the the regulator if it is allowed in low power state. Dhaval Patel	a92947d594	msm: mdss: share mdss io utility APIs with other drivers ... MDSS io utility contains APIs to handle driver specific resources like GPIOs, power supplies, clocks and other resources. Sharing them with other drivers allow them to do resource management without re-writing the same code.
