be04d39c8b cfg80211: support virtual interfaces with different beacon intervals
This commit provides a mechanism for the host drivers to advertise the
support for different beacon intervals among the respective interface
combinations in a group, through NL80211_IFACE_COMB_BI_MIN_GCD (u32).

This value will be compared against GCD of all beaconing interfaces of
matching combinations.

If the driver doesn't advertise this value, the old behaviour where
all beacon intervals must be identical is retained.

If it is specified, then any beacon interval for an interface in the
interface combination as well as the GCD of all active beacon intervals
in the combination must be greater or equal to this value.

to make the code easier to understand.

180c3d2759 net: core: Remove warning for cloned packets in ingress path
This reverts commit b97da4469b ("net: Warn for cloned packets in
ingress path on SMP systems only") and commit e1f88edd76 ("net:
Warn for cloned packets in ingress path"). The path for GRO is well
tested now and cannot receive cloned packets. Loopback packets are
triggering this warning leading to a false positive.

eede2b614d tcp: make challenge acks less predictable
Yue Cao claims that current host rate limiting of challenge ACKS
(RFC 5961) could leak enough information to allow a patient attacker
to hijack TCP sessions. He will soon provide details in an academic
paper.

This patch increases the default limit from 100 to 1000, and adds
some randomization so that the attacker can no longer hijack
sessions without spending a considerable amount of probes.

Based on initial analysis and patch from Linus.

Note that we also have per socket rate limiting, so it is tempting
to remove the host limit in the future.

v2: randomize the count of challenge acks per second, not the period.

Ben Hawkes says:

 In the mark_source_chains function (net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_tables.c) it
 is possible for a user-supplied ipt_entry structure to have a large
 next_offset field. This field is not bounds checked prior to writing a
 counter value at the supplied offset.

Problem is that mark_source_chains should not have been called --
the rule doesn't have a next entry, so its supposed to return
an absolute verdict of either ACCEPT or DROP.

However, the function conditional() doesn't work as the name implies.
It only checks that the rule is using wildcard address matching.

However, an unconditional rule must also not be using any matches
(no -m args).

The underflow validator only checked the addresses, therefore
passing the 'unconditional absolute verdict' test, while
mark_source_chains also tested for presence of matches, and thus
proceeeded to the next (not-existent) rule.

Unify this so that all the callers have same idea of 'unconditional rule'.

6d58572de9 net: rmnet_data: Define the skb recycle handler for transports
rmnet_data currently frees incoming memory when de-aggregating
large incoming aggregated packets. This may introduce additional
overhead in the memory allocator. Add a handler as part of the
rx_handler_data to recycle the skb's. This handler needs to
defined within the specific transport driver. If the recycle
handler is not implemented by the transport, rmnet_data will
free the skb (default behavior).

* fix skb->dev vs par->in/out
When there is some forwarding going on, it introduces extra state
around devs associated with xt_action_param->in/out and sk_buff->dev.
E.g.
   par->in and par->out are both set, or
   skb->dev and par->out are both set (and different)
This would lead qtaguid to make the wrong assumption about the
direction and update the wrong device stats.
Now we rely more on par->in/out.

* Fix handling when qtaguid is used as "owner"
When qtaguid is used as an owner module, and sk_socket->file is
not there (happens when tunnels are involved), it would
incorrectly do a tag stats update.

* Correct debug messages.

9f28983d4e cfg80211: Add option to report the bss entry in connect result
Since cfg80211 maintains separate BSS table entries for APs if the same
BSSID, SSID pair is seen on multiple channels, it is possible that it
can map the current_bss to a BSS entry on the wrong channel. This
current_bss will not get flushed unless disconnected and cfg80211
reports a wrong channel as the associated channel.

Fix this by introducing a new cfg80211_connect_bss() function which is
similar to cfg80211_connect_result(), but it includes an additional
parameter: the bss the STA is connected to. This allows drivers to
provide the exact bss entry that matches the BSS to which the connection
was completed.

5a9bcc929f cfg80211: Add option to specify previous BSSID for Connect command
This extends NL80211_CMD_CONNECT to allow the NL80211_ATTR_PREV_BSSID
attribute to be used similarly to way this was already allowed with
NL80211_CMD_ASSOCIATE. This allows user space to request reassociation
(instead of association) when already connected to an AP. This provides
an option to reassociate within an ESS without having to disconnect and
associate with the AP.

5766333698 cfg80211: Allow a scan request for a specific BSSID
This allows scans for a specific BSSID to be optimized by the user space
application by requesting the driver to set the Probe Request frame
BSSID field (Address 3) to the specified BSSID instead of the wildcard
BSSID. This prevents other APs from replying which reduces airtime need
and latency in getting the response from the target AP through.

This is an optimization and as such, it is acceptable for some of the
drivers not to support the mechanism. If not supported, the wildcard
BSSID will be used and more responses may be received.

90e8c6a0cc ipv4/GRO: Make GRO conform to RFC 6864
RFC 6864 states that the IPv4 ID field MUST NOT be used for purposes other
than fragmentation and reassembly.  Currently we are looking at this field
as a way of identifying what frames can be aggregated and  which cannot for
GRO.  While this is valid for frames that do not have DF set, it is invalid
to do so if the bit is set.

In addition we were generating IPv4 ID collisions when 2 or more flows were
interleaved over the same tunnel.  To prevent that we store the result of
all IP ID checks via a "|=" instead of overwriting previous values.

With this patch we support two different approaches for the IP ID field.
The first is a non-incrementing IP ID with DF bit set.  In such a case we
simply won't write to the flush_id field in the GRO context block.  The
other option is the legacy option in which the IP ID must increment by 1
for every packet we aggregate.

In the case of the non-incrementing IP ID we will end up losing the data
that the IP ID is fixed.  However as per RFC 6864 we should be able to
write any value into the IP ID when the DF bit is set so this should cause
minimal harm.

v2: Updated patch so that we now only support one of two options.  Either
    the IP ID is fixed with DF bit set, or the IP ID is incrementing.  That
    allows us to support the fixed ID case as occurs with IPv6 to IPv4
    header translation and what is likely already out there for some
    devices with tunnel headers.

eb1c2c4105 net: ipc_router: Fix remote port conn_info memory leak
conn_info is used to connect the local port with destination port
address and is freed only for remote server cleanup in SSR case
which leads memory leak for other remote ports which valid conn_info.

Free the conn_info structure for all remote ports during the SSR and
while handling remove client message.

6d2650831d Revert "genetlink: disallow subscribing to unknown mcast groups"
Commit 5ad6300524 ("genetlink: disallow subscribing to unknown
mcast groups") disallows userspace to subscribe to groups that don't
exist in kernel. As a result, communication between processes is
not possible unless they explicitly register a dummy group with the
kernel even if the communication is between userspace processes
only. NETLINK_USERSOCK cannot be used here since userspace processes
would require CAP_NET_ADMIN to receive multicast messages which
is available for priveleged processes only.

Fix this problem by reverting the change till a solution is
determined internally and upstream discussion.

Update TX power for countries Dominica, Dominican Republic,
Egypt, El Salvador, India, Israel, Kuwait, Malaysia,
Morocco, Namibia, Panama, Russia, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia,
Tunisia and Uzbekistan.
