This commit allows SAE Authentication for NL80211_CMD_CONNECT
interface, provided host driver advertises the support.
Host drivers may offload the SAE authentication to user space
through NL80211_CMD_EXTERNAL_AUTH interface and thus expect
the user space to advertise support to handle offload through
NL80211_ATTR_EXTERNAL_AUTH_SUPPORT in NL80211_CMD_CONNECT
request. Such drivers should reject the connect request on no
offload support from user space.

This interface allows the host driver to offload the authentication to
user space. This is exclusively defined for host drivers that do not
define separate commands for authentication and association, but rely on
userspace SME (e.g., in wpa_supplicant for the ~WPA_DRIVER_FLAGS_SME
case) for the authentication to happen. This can be used to implement
SAE without full implementation in the kernel/firmware while still being
able to use NL80211_CMD_CONNECT with driver-based BSS selection.
Host driver sends NL80211_CMD_EXTERNAL_AUTH event to start/abort
authentication to the port on which connect is triggered and status
of authentication is further indicated by user space to host
driver through the same command response interface.
User space entities advertise this capability through the
NL80211_ATTR_EXTERNAL_AUTH_SUPP flag in the NL80211_CMD_CONNECT request.
Host drivers shall look at this capability to offload the authentication.

Disconnect or deauthenticate when the owning socket is closed if this
flag is supplied to CMD_CONNECT or CMD_ASSOCIATE. This may be used
to ensure userspace daemon doesn't leave an unmanaged connection behind.
In some situations it would be possible to account for that, to some
degree, in the deamon restart code or in the up/down scripts without
the use of this attribute. But there will be systems where the daemon
can go away for varying periods without a warning due to local resource
management.

Per the EU STD. ETSI EN 300 440, sub-band 5725-5875 is
allowed in EU at reduced power of 25 mW. Add the sub-band to
the EU countries that support this sub-band.

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.

Current nl80211_update_ft_ies doesn't validate NL80211_ATTR_IE
before dereferencing it, which leads to a null pointer exception
if not passed.
This commit validates this attribute too.

Currently user regulatory hint is ignored if all wiphys
in the system are self managed. But the hint is not ignored
if there is no wiphy in the system. This affects the global
regulatory setting. Global regulatory setting needs to be
maintained so that it can be applied to a new wiphy entering
the system. Therefore, do not ignore user regulatory setting
even if all wiphys in the system are self managed.

Allocation size of nlmsg in cfg80211_ft_event is based on ric_ies_len
and doesn't take into account ies_len. This leads to
NL80211_CMD_FT_EVENT message construction failure in case ft_event
contains large enough ies buffer.
Add ies_len to the nlmsg allocation size.

There's currently no limit on wiphy names, other than netlink
message size and memory limitations, but that causes issues when,
for example, the wiphy name is used in a uevent, e.g. in rfkill
where we use the same name for the rfkill instance, and then the
buffer there is "only" 2k for the environment variables.
This was reported by syzkaller, which used a 4k name.
Limit the name to something reasonable, I randomly picked 128.

Currently the regulatory core does not call the regulatory callback
reg_notifier for self managed wiphys, but regulatory_hint_user() call is
independent of wiphy and is meant for all wiphys in the system. Even a
self managed wiphy may be interested in regulatory_hint_user() to know
the country code from a trusted regulatory domain change like a cellular
base station. Therefore, for the regulatory source
NL80211_REGDOM_SET_BY_USER and the user hint type
NL80211_USER_REG_HINT_CELL_BASE, call the regulatory notifier.
No current wlan driver uses the REGULATORY_WIPHY_SELF_MANAGED flag while
also registering the reg_notifier regulatory callback, therefore there
will be no impact on existing drivers without them being explicitly
modified to take advantage of this new possibility.

rate_flg is of type 'enum nl80211_attrs', however it is assigned with
'enum nl80211_rate_info' values. Change the type of rate_flg accordingly.

Wireless drivers rely on parse_txq_params to validate that txq_params->ac
is less than NL80211_NUM_ACS by the time the low-level driver's ->conf_tx()
handler is called. Use a new helper, array_index_nospec(), to sanitize
txq_params->ac with respect to speculation. I.e. ensure that any
speculation into ->conf_tx() handlers is done with a value of
txq_params->ac that is within the bounds of [0, NL80211_NUM_ACS).

syzbot reported a warning from rfkill_alloc(), and after a while
I think that the reason is that it was doing fault injection and
the dev_set_name() failed, leaving the name NULL, and we didn't
check the return value and got to rfkill_alloc() with a NULL name.
Since we really don't want a NULL name, we ought to check the
return value.

Currently, kernel ignores the regulatory hint if wiphy flag
REGULATORY_WIPHY_SELF_MANAGED is set. This would lead to drop of
hints sent directly to kernel from user-space. To fix, call the driver
callback with the request.

DFS requirement for ETSI domain (section 4.7.1.4 in
ETSI EN 301 893 V1.8.1) is the only one which explicitly
states that once DFS channel is marked as available afer
the CAC, this channel will remain in available state even
moving to a different operating channel. But the same is
not explicitly stated in FCC DFS requirement. Also, Pre-CAC
requriements are not explicitly mentioned in FCC requirement.
Current implementation in keeping DFS channel in available
state is same as described in ETSI domain.
For non-ETSI DFS domain, this patch gives a grace period of 2 seconds
since the completion of successful CAC before moving the channel's
DFS state to 'usable' from 'available' state. The same grace period
is checked against the channel's dfs_state_entered timestamp while
deciding if a DFS channel is available for operation. There is a new
radar event, NL80211_RADAR_PRE_CAC_EXPIRED, reported when DFS channel
is moved from available to usable state after the grace period. Also
make sure the DFS channel state is reset to usable once the beaconing
operation on that channel is brought down (like stop_ap, leave_ibss
and leave_mesh) in non-ETSI domain.

Pass wowlan configuration data as parameter in the rdev
suspend. The userspace wlan utility (iw, wpa_supplicant etc.)
configured the wow pattern and event through nl80211 cmd.
During the wlan system suspend the wlan device configured the
wakeup source and event as per the configuration data passed
by the wlan utility to wkae up the device from the sleep state
on wow pattern or event match.

Define a policy for packet pattern attributes in order to fix a
potential read over the end of the buffer during nla_get_u32()
of the NL80211_PKTPAT_OFFSET attribute.
Note that the data there can always be read due to SKB allocation
(with alignment and struct skb_shared_info at the end), but the
data might be uninitialized. This could be used to leak some data
from uninitialized vmalloc() memory, but most drivers don't allow
an offset (so you'd just get -EINVAL if the data is non-zero) or
just allow it with a fixed value - 100 or 128 bytes, so anything
above that would get -EINVAL. With brcmfmac the limit is 1500 so
(at least) one byte could be obtained.

nl80211_set_rekey_data() does not check if the required attributes
NL80211_REKEY_DATA_{REPLAY_CTR,KEK,KCK} are present when processing
NL80211_CMD_SET_REKEY_OFFLOAD request. This request can be issued by
users with CAP_NET_ADMIN privilege and may result in NULL dereference
and a system crash. Add a check for the required attributes presence.
This patch is based on the patch by bo Zhang.
This fixes CVE-2017-12153.
