c52d43aece msm: ipa: remove delay in out of buffer recovery procedure
When a RX pipe runs out of buffers, a delayed work is scheduled
to re-attempt the replenish process but the single threaded
workqueue will not process that work till the existing work is
retired. The existing work will be retired after sufficient
inacvitivty is detected but in this corner-case, we can do this
immediately since no further packets will be received.

dac30e3dbd platform/x86: ideapad-laptop: handle ACPI event 1
[ Upstream commit cfee5d63767b2e7997c1f36420d008abbe61565c ]

On Ideapad laptops, ACPI event 1 is currently not handled. Many models
log "ideapad_laptop: Unknown event: 1" every 20 seconds or so while
running on battery power. Some convertible laptops receive this event
when switching in and out of tablet mode.

This adds and additional case for event 1 in ideapad_acpi_notify to call
ideapad_input_report(priv, vpc_bit), so that the event is reported to
userspace and we avoid unnecessary logging.

50989c54d6 msm: ipa: Fix the problem with nested sleeping primitives
prepare_to_wait() will enqueue the thread on the given queue
and put it into the given execution state,
which is TASK_INTERRUPTIBLE.

Further processing in function, calls mutex_lock(),
will go into a new version of the going-to-sleep code,
changing the task state.

That, of course, may well interfere with the outer
sleeping code.

So, nesting of sleeping primitives in this way is discouraged.

And new warning was added to point out this kind of nesting.

Fix the nesting of sleeping primitives with the new solution
provide in linux kernel.

7d7714eae2 msm: ipa3: Ring IPA MHI event ring doorbell on channel start
Ringing IPA MHI event ring doorbell is done at MHI device
during MHI channel start. This is done after the rings
are allocated. The ring write pointer updated by the host is
used as the doorbell value. Doorbell ringing is required
in order to supply event credits to GSI H/W.
