Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.
Done via coccinelle scripts like:

and some grep and typing.
Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

I just found that the controller hardware name is not set for the Softing
driver. After this patch, "$ ip -d link show" looks nicer.
