048370cd16 tee: generic TEE subsystem
Initial patch for generic TEE subsystem.
This subsystem provides:
* Registration/un-registration of TEE drivers.
* Shared memory between normal world and secure world.
* Ioctl interface for interaction with user space.
* Sysfs implementation_id of TEE driver

A TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) driver is a driver that interfaces
with a trusted OS running in some secure environment, for example,
TrustZone on ARM cpus, or a separate secure co-processor etc.

The TEE subsystem can serve a TEE driver for a Global Platform compliant
TEE, but it's not limited to only Global Platform TEEs.

This patch builds on other similar implementations trying to solve
the same problem:
* "optee_linuxdriver" by among others
  Jean-michel DELORME<jean-michel.delorme@st.com> and
  Emmanuel MICHEL <emmanuel.michel@st.com>
* "Generic TrustZone Driver" by Javier González <javier@javigon.com>

6d7ed3d3cf ARM: 8478/2: arm/arm64: add arm-smccc
Adds helpers to do SMC and HVC based on ARM SMC Calling Convention.
CONFIG_HAVE_ARM_SMCCC is enabled for architectures that may support the
SMC or HVC instruction. It's the responsibility of the caller to know if
the SMC instruction is supported by the platform.

This patch doesn't provide an implementation of the declared functions.
Later patches will bring in implementations and set
CONFIG_HAVE_ARM_SMCCC for ARM and ARM64 respectively.

84baff9849 UPSTREAM: net: xfrm: allow clearing socket xfrm policies.
Currently it is possible to add or update socket policies, but
not clear them. Therefore, once a socket policy has been applied,
the socket cannot be used for unencrypted traffic.

This patch allows (privileged) users to clear socket policies by
passing in a NULL pointer and zero length argument to the
{IP,IPV6}_{IPSEC,XFRM}_POLICY setsockopts. This results in both
the incoming and outgoing policies being cleared.

The simple approach taken in this patch cannot clear socket
policies in only one direction. If desired this could be added
in the future, for example by continuing to pass in a length of
zero (which currently is guaranteed to return EMSGSIZE) and
making the policy be a pointer to an integer that contains one
of the XFRM_POLICY_{IN,OUT} enum values.

An alternative would have been to interpret the length as a
signed integer and use XFRM_POLICY_IN (i.e., 0) to clear the
input policy and -XFRM_POLICY_OUT (i.e., -1) to clear the output
policy.

5394b5a5a6 ARM: dts: msm: Remove adv7533 power commands for 600p DSI panel
Remove "qcom,mdss-dsi-on-command" and "mdss-dsi-off command"
commands for boot up performance optimization.
The two commands are for native DSI panels without a bridge
chip. However,AUTO platform has adv7533 bridge chip,which
is controlled by I2C instead of the above two commands.
In addition, the two command will cause extra wait for about
210ms in dsi_panel_tx_cmd_set() for dsi_display_enbale().
This make drmAtomicCommit() in libdrm a little slower,
so total boot time will be longer.

d8475cbda7 msm: kgsl: Fix the process sysfs refcounting
The kobject used for the process's sysfs node did not provide a
release function, so it did not correctly implement the refcounting.
Add a release callback so that we keep the process structure valid
as long as the kobject is alive.

8ec33ac38f drm/msm: Correctly retrieve gpu's active power level
The parsing logic wrongly assumes the position of the initial/active power
level value in the gpu dts file. This leads to the active power level
always defaulting to a value of 1. Look for the initial power level
one level up in the device tree.

This reverts commit 2a0e60907e which is
commit df80cd9b28b9ebaa284a41df611dbf3a2d05ca74 upstream as I messed up
by applying it to the tree twice.

c73eb1e0cc xen: xenbus driver must not accept invalid transaction ids
[ Upstream commit 639b08810d6ad74ded2c5f6e233c4fcb9d147168 ]

When accessing Xenstore in a transaction the user is specifying a
transaction id which he normally obtained from Xenstore when starting
the transaction. Xenstore is validating a transaction id against all
known transaction ids of the connection the request came in. As all
requests of a domain not being the one where Xenstore lives share
one connection, validation of transaction ids of different users of
Xenstore in that domain should be done by the kernel of that domain
being the multiplexer between the Xenstore users in that domain and
Xenstore.

In order to prohibit one Xenstore user "hijacking" a transaction from
another user the xenbus driver has to verify a given transaction id
against all known transaction ids of the user before forwarding it to
Xenstore.

b63209c78f btrfs: return the actual error value from from btrfs_uuid_tree_iterate
[ Upstream commit 73ba39ab9307340dc98ec3622891314bbc09cc2e ]

In function btrfs_uuid_tree_iterate(), errno is assigned to variable ret
on errors. However, it directly returns 0. It may be better to return
ret. This patch also removes the warning, because the caller already
prints a warning.

[ Upstream commit 0ea617a298dcdc2251b4e10f83ac3f3e627b66e3 ]

On an error, snd_ctl_add already free's kctrl, so calling snd_ctl_free_one
to free it again leads to a double free error. Fix this by removing
the extraneous snd_ctl_free_one call.
