The PMIC_STATE is expected to move to idle after the VCTL register
value is written to the PMIC.
Also update the PMIC_STATE poll timeout to 500us for all the targets.

Allow for greater granularity of QoS clocks enabled when
enabling clocks for QoS configuration for each node. Current
implementation requires all QoS clocks related to the parent
fab to enabled, which works well for mass QoS programming at
probe time, but turns on unnecessary clocks when QoS programming
defers at initial client request. This fixes an issue where
Camera's initial client vote also caused the toggling of mdss
gdscs which created a deadlock situation where the notifier
callback from MDSS GDSC tries to obtain the same lock held by
Camera's call in the same thread.

If the WDSP component framework does not detect the concerned subsystem,
then the G-Link SPI Transport returns error. This prevents the system
from suspending.
If the concerned subsystem is not found, then let the system to suspend.

hyp_assign_table() is a costly operation during which nonsecure interrupts
are disabled. Split this operation into multiple parts for better
real-time behavior.
Splitting is done by the following criteria:
maximum number of physically contiguous memory regions
maximum total memory size.
Here is a chart showing the average performance of hyp_assign_table() with
N physically contiguous chunks each with size X.

Allocate objects via kzalloc() when possible. For the case where a large
chunk (512 Kb) of physically contiguous memory is required, continue to use
a special purpose buffer reserved at boot. Since this special purpose
buffer is no longer used for random metadata, the associated code is
simpler to understand.

wcd-dsp-glink platform driver is added to send/receive data and
commands to/from DSP in WCD audio codec over glink. This driver
provides read and write interface to userspace to send/receive
data and commands.

Typically, spcom device nodes are associated with a glink channel.
However, /dev/spcom and /dev/sp_ssr have other purposes,
and they are not associated with a channel.
Avoid error message when user call file close()
for /dev/spcom and /dev/sp_ssr.

Add ATHDIAG_READ and ATHDIAG_WRITE QMI message.
These two commands read/write data to/from WLAN FW that
specfied by athdiag user application.
Add VBATT QMI message. It will be used to pass phone
power to WLAN FW.

Currently the driver checks for interrupt type and subsytem name before
parsing the RX IRQ Reset Regiser. Checking for the subsystem name is
redundant and prone to typo errors which will lead to incorrect parsing
of Device Tree entries and eventually an interrupt storm.
Check only for the interrupt type and parse the Device Tree entries
completely.

Current sleep state entry compatible string is tied with
remote processor ID which is not always true.
Use generic compatible string for sleep state entry to
support for any remote processor ID.

Set APR to use SMEM for the Glink transport
type instead of smd_trans. SMEM is used for all
Glink transport. The transport smd_trans is no
longer used and use of it as a transport causes
Glink to take a very long time to establish a
connection.

Introduce a flag to know if modem is restarting from cold boot or from
SSR.
Use this flag to decide if modem memory needs to be assigned back to
linux. After cold boot linux already owns modem memory and trying to
assign it back from modem is incorrect.
