591555465e NFS: Use proper naming conventions for nfs_client.impl_id field
Clean up: When naming fields and data types, follow established
conventions to facilitate accurate grep/cscope searches.

Additionally, for consistency, move the impl_id field into the NFSv4-
specific part of the nfs_client, and free that memory in the logic
that shuts down NFSv4 nfs_clients.

Introduced by commit 7d2ed9ac "NFSv4: parse and display server
implementation ids," Fri Feb 17, 2012.

c3607282b4 NFS: Don't swap bytes in nfs4_construct_boot_verifier()
The SETCLIENTID boot verifier is opaque to NFSv4 servers, thus there
is no requirement for byte swapping before the client puts the
verifier on the wire.

This treatment is similar to other timestamp-based verifiers.

497826af60 NFS: Fix compiler warnings
The "struct inode *inode" was only used in a dprintk, so compiling with

remove the "struct inode *inode" variable and instead change the
dprintk()s to use hdr->inode instead.

bd4aeffb5b NFSv4.1 skip rpc_call_done only on disconnected DS slot_table_waitq tasks
We reset all I/O on a disconnected data server through the pgio layer indicated
by the NFS_IOHDR_REDO flag.

Differentiate between on-the-wire tasks returning with an error which must
call rpc_call_done and tasks woken from the data server slot_table_waitq
waiting for a session slot with a status of zero which call rpc_exit in
rpc_prepare and need to skip rpc_call_done.

f6a26ae769 arm-soc: board specific changes
While we generally attempt to get rid of board specific files and replace
them with device tree based descriptions, a lot of platforms have not
 come that far:

In shmobile, we add two new board files because their recently started
effort to add DT support has not proceeded enough to use it for all of
 the important hardware.

In Kirkwood, we are adding support for new boards with a combination of
DT and board file contents in multiple cases.

pxa/mmp and imx are extending support for existing board files but not
 adding new ones.

I apologize for not having sent this sooner. FWIW, I was in a car
somewhere between Illinois and North Carolina for most of the day

This is (obviously) the last non-fix pull request for wireless bits
intended for 3.5. It includes AP support for mwifiex, a variety of HCI
and other updates for NFC, some brcmfmac and brcmsmac refactoring,
a large batch of ssb and bcma updates, a batch of ath6kl updates,
some cfg80211 and mac80211 updates/refactoring from Johannes Berg,
a rather large collection of Bluetooth updates by way of Gustavo,
and a variety of other bits here and there.

d70e551c8e [libata] Add " 2GB ATA Flash Disk"/"ADMA428M" to DMA blacklist
A user has several systems with a couple of models of flash disks with IDE
connectors. These disks work fine in 2.6.18-ish kernels but corrupt data on
new kernels.

The difference appears to be with the default I/O method used by the IDE
controller driver between the kernels. In the older kernels, the
configuration is very conservative and the driver stays in PIO mode. With
new kernels, the ata driver (pata_serverworks) attempts to use UDMA/66
which the drive claims to support. This mode, however, does not appear to
work in DMA mode. The drive does work correctly and no corruption is
seen if the kernel parameter "libata.force=5:pio0,6:pio0" is used to force
the driver to use PIO instead of DMA mode.

Blacklist these drives. Unfortunately the model name of the drive is very
generic, " 2GB ATA Flash Disk", but the revision is specific, "ADMA428M".

a8159414d7 epoll: Fix user space breakage related to EPOLLWAKEUP
Commit 4d7e30d (epoll: Add a flag, EPOLLWAKEUP, to prevent
suspend while epoll events are ready) caused some applications to
malfunction, because they set the bit corresponding to the new
EPOLLWAKEUP flag in their eventpoll flags and they don't have the
new CAP_EPOLLWAKEUP capability.

To prevent that from happening, change epoll_ctl() to clear
EPOLLWAKEUP in epds.events if the caller doesn't have the
CAP_EPOLLWAKEUP capability instead of failing and returning an
error code, which allows the affected applications to function
normally.

a1ab92da14 ASoC: OMAP: HDMI: Expand capabilities of the HDMI DAI
According to the HDMI specification, a source is permitted to
transmit L-PCM audio in the following sample rates: 32kHz, 44.1kHz,
48kHz, 88.2kHz, 96kHz, 176.4kHz or 192kHz.

It also supports up to 8 audio channels.

The sink may not necessarily support all these sample rates and
channels. However, as this CPU DAI describes the HDMI source, it
makes sense to include them. The limitation of capabilities as
supported by the sink should be done in the ASoC HDMI codec.

Before starting to play audio, we need to make sure that the
display is active and the current video mode supports audio. instead
of using the overlay manager in the machine driver, we use the DSS audio
interface's audio_supported function. As we already have a pointer to
the correct dssdev, we do not have to look for it every time audio is
to be played. Also, the CPU DAI startup function is called earlier
than the card hw_param function. Hence and we can detect the state of
the display earlier.

While there, add a error message if the constraint cannot be applied.

a48d9b7586 ASoC: OMAP: HDMI: Use the DSS audio interface
Instead of accessing the HDMI IP directly, the CPU DAI driver takes
advantage of the audio interface provided by the DSS device driver.
The ASoC driver will link the DSS audio functionality with ALSA by
calling the appropriate DSS device driver functions at the relevant
moments. For this, three new DAI operations are added: trigger, prepare
and shutdown operations.

At the moment, it is assumed that only one HDMI display is available
in the system, as it is the case in OMAP4. However, in the future,
one DAI for each HDMI display should be provided.

"These cleanups are basically all over the place. The idea is to
collect changes with minimal impact but large number of changes so we
can avoid them from distracting in the diffstat in the other series.

A significant number of lines get removed here, in particular because
the ixp2000 and ixp23xx platforms get removed. These have never been
extremely popular and have fallen into disuse over time with no active
maintainer taking care of them. The u5500 soc never made it into a
product, so we are removing it from the ux500 platform.

Many good cleanups also went into the at91 and omap platforms, as has
been the case for a number of releases."
