TAs requesting listener services, add additional checks before scm call
and wait until no more than one listener request in the system.

Enable/disable encryption API can be called by multiple
threads. Protect this API with a mutex to avoid any
possible memory violation due to invalid calls to the API.

Interrupts from sinks (cp_irq) may come asynchronously at different
states for HDCP authentications. In case HDCP has failed and an
interrupt is received from sink, do not process it to avoid getting
unnecessary failures.

__qseecom_update_cmd_buf_64() called __qseecom_allocate_sg_list_buffer()
to allocate memory from within a for loop. Should it fail on any other
than the first time through the loop, the prior allocations will not be
deallocated, make change to deallocate memory in this error case.

pm_runtime_autosuspend can take synchronous or asynchronous
paths, Because we are calling pm_runtime_mark_last_busy just before
this most of the cases it takes the asynchronous way. However,
when the FW or driver resets during already running runtime suspend,
the call will result in calling to the driver's rpm callback and results
in a deadlock on device_lock.
The simplest fix is to replace pm_runtime_autosuspend with
asynchronous pm_request_autosuspend.

This change fixes issues reagrding the ioctl
QSEECOM_IOCTL_MDTP_CIPHER_DIP_REQ uncovered by fuzzy tests.
Modified handler of above ioctl, not to allow input/output
buffer sizes greater than a fixed defined size.

ICE crypto engine key size can now be configured using dtsi flag.
This is required to facilitate usage of common TZ image with variable
key sizes and also provides flexibility in handling different key sizes
requirement in future. This flag is parsed in driver and depending upon
the value HLOS decides on key size to be passed to TZ.

1B-01 DP HDCP compliance test needs either poll RxStatus
or wait for CP_IRQ to fetch the list of Downstream devices'
KSVs. Currently, hdcp_1x module waits for CP_IRQ but
compliance test equipment fails this test as source is unable
to read KSVs within allowed time due to software delays.
Poll RxStatus register in sink to get KSVs ready status
so that KSVs can be read as soon as sink mark them as ready.
Also, re-factor the code as per the specification.

Sunrise Point PCH with SPS Firmware doesn't expose working
MEI interface, we need to quirk it out.
The SPS Firmware is identifiable only on the first PCI function
of the device.

As per hdcp 2.2 specifications, send the stream type message
to sink at a specified address in case sink is a receiver.
Update the messages to be sent to sink with the message received
from TZ and tear down the session in case it time's out.
Also, enable encryption after stream management message
exchange for hdcp repeaters to avoid unnecessary link failures.

add decoder driver for G711 and define a structure in a
new header which contains G711 specific configuration.
Pass this configuration parameters to the aDSP for
successful decode of G711 content.

NFC version reply size checked against only header size, not against
full message size. That may lead potentially to uninitialized memory access
in version data.
That leads to warnings when version data is accessed:
drivers/misc/mei/bus-fixup.c: warning: '*((void *)&ver+11)' may be used uninitialized in this function [-Wuninitialized]: => 212:2
