When CONFIG_PM_SLEEP is disabled, we get a warning about unused functions:

In case of error, the function devm_ioremap_nocache() returns NULL
pointer not ERR_PTR(). The IS_ERR() test in the return value check
should be replaced with NULL test.

Some drivers accidentally still use the return value from
gpiochip_remove(). Get rid of them so we can simplify this function
and get rid of the return value.
