If an interface is set down while authenticating or
associating, there's a station entry that will be
removed by the flushing in do_stop() and that will
cause a warning. It's otherwise harmless, but avoid
the warning by calling ieee80211_mgd_stop() first.

Unfortunately UHID interface, as it was introduced, is broken with 32 bit
userspace running on 64 bit kernels as it uses a pointer in its userspace
facing API.
Fix it by checking if we are executing compat task and munge the request
appropriately.

The buttons of the Wii Remote Nunchuck extension are actually active low.
Fix the parser to forward the inverted values. The comment in the function
always said "0 == pressed" but the implementation was wrong from the
beginning.

Previously we used to get EXPORT_SYMBOL and friends from
module.h but we moved away from that since module.h largely
includes the entire header space one way or another.
As most users just wanted the simple export related macros,
they were spun off into a separate new header -- export.h
Update the docs to reflect that.

It seems there are about 80 new, but undocumented addtions at
the top level Documentation directory. This fixes up the top
level 00-INDEX by adding new entries and deleting a couple orphans.
Some subdirs could probably still use a check/cleanup too though.

These are simple data acquistion boards, not HID devices and are handled
by the vmk80xx comedi driver. At least one of them (10cf:5500)
misidentifies itself as a HID in its USB interface descriptor. Ignore
all these devices.

We now have two transport mediums: USB and I2C, where sensor hubs can
exists. So instead of constraining the driver to only these two we let it
to match any HID bus as long as the group is HID_GROUP_SENSOR_HUB.

Since the advent of HID over I2C protocol, it is possible to have sensor
hubs behind I2C bus as well. We can autodetect this in a same way than USB
sensor hubs.

The use of input_configured() allows the ntrig driver to actually
change the name of the input and its bitmask before it is added to the
input subsystem. Thus, the logs are coherents and udev catch the real
bitmask when the device is added.

By just reversing the order memtest is using the test patterns,
an additional round to zero the memory is not necessary.
This might save up to a second or even more for setups which are
doing tests on every boot.

pm_idle appears in no generic Linux code,
it appears only in architecture-specific code.
Thus, pm_idle should not be declared in pm.h.
Architectures that use an idle function pointer
should delcare one local to their architecture,
and/or use cpuidle.

This reverts commit aac73f3454. That
commit causes two kinds of breakage; it breaks registration of AMBA
devices when one of the parent nodes already contains overlapping
resource regions, and it breaks calls to request_region() by device
drivers in certain conditions where there are overlapping memory
regions. Both of these problems can probably be fixed, but it is better
to back out the commit and get a proper fix designed before trying again.

bootresponse in snd_usb_mbox2_boot_quirk is only 12 (decimal) u8's
long, but i9s passed to snd_usb_ctl_msg as it would be 0x12 (hexa)
long. Fix that by having proper size of the array, i.e. 0x12.

There is a forever loop calling iio_channel_release() because the
"chan < " part of the "chan < ARRAY_SIZE()" is missing. This is in both
the error handling on probe and also in the remove function.
The other thing is that it's possible for some of the elements of the
adc_bat->channel[chan] array to be an ERR_PTR(). I've changed them to be
NULL instead. We're still not allowed to pass NULLs to
iio_channel_release() so I've added a check.
Finally, I removed an unused "chan = ARRAY_SIZE(gab_chan_name);" statement
as a small cleanup.

Since the new ASID code in b5466f8728
("ARM: mm: remove IPI broadcasting on ASID rollover") was changed to
use 64bit operations it has broken the BE operation due to an issue
with the MM code accessing sub-fields of mm->context.id.
When running in BE mode we see the values in mm->context.id are stored
with the highest value first, so the LDR in the arch/arm/mm/proc-macros.S
reads the wrong part of this field. To resolve this, change the LDR in
the mmid macro to load from +4.

In order to allow drivers to specify private data for each controller,
this commit adds a private_data field to the struct hw_pci. This field
is an array of nr_controllers pointers that will be used to initialize
the private_data field of the corresponding controller's pci_sys_data
structure.
