WCD934X supports mixing of integer sample rate clips with
fractional sample rate clips using ASRC(asynchronous sample
rate converter) block. Add support to use ASRC block in codec.

WCD934X audio codec supports static voltage scaling (SVS) mode, which
puts the codec into lowest power state. The codec has different power
states (SVS2, SVS and Nominal). Add support in codec driver to vote
for SVS when audio usecases are enabled and remove vote for SVS when
audio usecases are disabled. The codec driver only votes for SVS or
no SVS and the hardware internally manages to go into Nominal mode.

MAD (Microphone Activity Detection) hardware block in wcd934x audio
codec samples the microphone at configured intervals to sense
presence of valid audio signal. This is used for voice activation
use cases. Change adds widgets and routes to enable the MAD block.

WCD934X audio codec needs calibration data for features such as
MBHC, ANC and MAD. Add support in the codec driver to create
the hardware dependent node for calibration.

When edid mixer control is executed, if the hdmi ops is
not set, the mixer control get_info() returns error.
This error is treated as fatal by the caller.
Fix by returning valid mixer control info when hdmi ops
is null.

WCD934X audio codec has SPI interface that can be used to access
the codec memory. Add support in wcd934x audio codec to parse
the wcd_spi child device node entry to perform spi_add_device.

wcd934x audio codec contains DSP to perform signal processing
of audio data. Change adds support to initialize wcd934x-dsp-cntl,
which triggers the dsp image download and boot.

WCD934X audio codec has internal clock (RCO) that will
be used during some usecases (ex: using WCD DSP, etc).
Add support in WCD934X codec and resource manager driver
to provide RCO clock enable and disable functionality.

wcd934x audio codec embeds DSP for processing audio signals. Specific
drivers are added to communicate with the DSP and set up the paths.
Enable compilation of these driver for wcd934x audio codec.

WCD934X audio codec contain DSP to perform signal processing of
audio data. The wcd934x-dsp-cntl is refactored code from WCD934X
audio codec driver to perform control of the wcd dsp. Added changes
to control the clocks, memory, interrupts etc to the DSP.

For msmcobalt, it was found that, for low-latency audio
playback, audio driver requests for a PM QoS with 10% of
the period size. This value is too small for CPU to
come back up from L2 PC, and hence CPU never enters into
L2 PC, which increased power consumption.
ALSA core framework already has a way to vote on behalf of
client driver, with a latency value of 75% of period size.
To enable CPU to enter L2 PC, fall back to use ALSA
core provided PM QoS of 75% for low-latency audio playback
instead of the custom PM QoS request.

Speaker protection algorithm needs V(voltage) and I(current)
readings from speaker. Enable VI path on the codec to provide
readings to the speaker protection algorithm.
