Add change to support changing the DSI bit clock dynamically
for video mode panels. This helps to avoid interference of
DSI clock with other subsystems runtime.

If guard_memory dtsi property is set, then the shared memory
region will be guarded by SZ_4K at the start and at the end.
This is needed to overcome the XPU limitation on few MSM HW,
so as to make this memory not contiguous with other allocations
that may possibly happen from other clients in the system.

Currently the SSUSB QMP PHY driver mandates that vls_clamp_reg be
passed from the DTSI. But this register cannot be accessed on a
platform on which Linux is a guest OS. This can lead to errors
when trying to enable autonomous mode. Work around this situation
by making the vls_clamp_reg property as optional.

Some devices need diag via USB even when MHI is used
for rmnet and qmi tethering. This is because of lack
of support for diagfwd for mhi_dev in Linux.

HDMI display on auto boards has disabled pluggable function
and hardcoded 1080p mode for output. So ddc related function
should also be skipped. Otherwise, some error messages are
printed when accessing ddc.

On some PMIC designs a sudden increase or decrease in FCC
can impact the PMIC die thermally, causing the XO to drift.
Introduce a logic which gradually ramps up/down the FCC
whenever there is a change in its value, this spreads out
the thermals over-time. The default step rate is 100mA/sec
and the feature can be enabled using the DT property
"qcom,fcc-stepping-enable".

Update global PA implementation base on newer kernel revision. Hue,

API call instead of separate calls.

Add early audio interface support to allow
synchronization between ADSP loading and early
audio playback.
Execute the command
'echo 0 > /sys/kernel/lpass_resource_mgr/check_early_audio'
to check if early audio playback is ongoing.
Output will be "Online" if early audio playback is ongoing.

GPIO7 is configured in POWERHOLD mode which has higher priority
over DEV_ON bit and keeps the PMIC supplies on even after the DEV_ON
bit is turned off. This property enables driver to over ride the
POWERHOLD value to GPIO7 so as to turn off the PMIC in power off
scenarios.

HW recovery mechanism may not function as expected when HW samples
data line and finds it low during particular clocking period of the
recovery. Use SW bit-banging instead where SW generates clocks and
sniffs data line until data line is released by the slave.

The "dmas" cells for the designware DMA controller need to have only 3
properties apart from the phandle: request line, src master and
destination master. But the commit 6e8887f60f updated it incorrectly
while moving from platform code to DT. Fix it.
