Currently VDD restriction feature monitors all tsens for low
temperature condition. There can be interrupt storm due to
temperature oscillation between trigger and clear thresholds
of all these sensors. It may lead to power issues due to frequent
tsens interrupt wake up.
Add support to monitor only one sensor for VDD restriction feature.
It helps to configure one optimal sensor for this feature if above
mentioned scenario is a concern. Add an optional devicetree property
"qcom,vdd-restriction-sensor-id" to specify sensor id to monitor.
If not defined, monitor all tsens for VDD restriction.

When the battery is in cold temperature for a certain amount of
time and device is charged with Qnovo enabled charging, ESR pulse
will fire less frequently. This along with ESR pulses not getting
qualified can cause the ESR to be less accurate. To improve ESR
accuracy, add change to apply relaxed filter coefficients once
the battery temperature starts ramping up after hitting a lower
threshold of say 6 C after charging begins.

Currently, WLED driver is being passed with a 12 bit brightness
level by the clients and they're set in the hardware registers.
Add support for brightness mapping by providing a 256 entry table
where each entry can take a 12 bit brightness level value. This
will be mapped internally for controlling different brightness
regions in an user preferred way.

This reverts commit 11bf4a8e1d which is
commit 2e644be30fcc08c736f66b60f4898d274d4873ab upstream.
Ben pointed out that there is no driver or device trees referencing this
device in 4.4-stable, so the patch should not be present there.

PMI8998 LAB pulse skip configuration is different from PMI8996
and earlier PMICs. Fix it by using the right configuration API
to configure LAB PS_CTL along with supporting PM660A properly.
Since the existing LAB PS configuration threshold for pmi8998 is
incorrect in device tree, update it along with this change.

then the timestamp used for PPS events will be the system time,
otherwise it will be the monotonic boot time.
