[ Upstream commit e95d7c6eb94c634852eaa5ff4caf3db05b5d2e86 ] When dvb_register_adapter fails, the lack of error-handling code may cause unexpected results. This patch adds error-handling code after calling dvb_register_adapter. Julian Scheel	afca99a2bf	[media] tm6000-dvb: Fix module unload ... dvb_unregister_frontend has to be called before detach. Otherwise the unregister call will segfault.
