guaranteeing that this does not introduce semantic changes.

For these nine header files, the asm-generic version should
be semantically identical to what is in x86. Change the
contents to be binary identical, for better review.

Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since:
a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless.
b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints.
