7034228792 MIPS: Whitespace cleanup. 
Having received another series of whitespace patches I decided to do this
once and for all rather than dealing with this kind of patches trickling
in forever.

37c42a741f MIPS: BCM63XX: Prepare irq code to handle different external irq hardware implementation. 
External irq only works for 6348, change code to prepare support of
other CPUs.
