The Exynos5440 common clock driver has changed the clock ID's for
some of the clocks. Fix the gmac clock entries in Exynos5440 dtsi
file accordingly.

This patch adds #dma-cells property to PL330 DMA controller
nodes for supporting generic dma dt bindings on samsung exynos
platforms. #dma-channels and #dma-requests are not required now
but added in advance.

This patch adds initial dts file for EXYNOS5440 SoC and adds the
dts file for SSDK5440 board which is a kind of reference board.
