216c5fab83 USB: serial: cp210x: add Silicon Labs IDs for Windows Update
commit 2f839823382748664b643daa73f41ee0cc01ced6 upstream.

Silicon Labs defines alternative VID/PID pairs for some chips that when
used will automatically install drivers for Windows users without manual
intervention. Unfortunately, these IDs are not recognized by the Linux
module, so using these IDs improves user experience on one platform but
degrades it on Linux. This patch addresses this problem.

1143832eca USB: serial: ports: add minor and port number
The usb_serial_port structure had the number field, which was the minor
number for the port, which almost no one really cared about. They
really wanted the number of the port within the device, which you had to
subtract from the minor of the parent usb_serial_device structure. To
clean this up, provide the real minor number of the port, and the number
of the port within the serial device separately, as these numbers might
not be related in the future.

Bonus is that this cleans up a lot of logic in the drivers, and saves
lines overall.

ecb9eb8064 USB: cp210x: always disable uart on close
Always try to disable the uart on close.

Since the switch to tty ports, close will be called as part of shutdown
before disconnect returns. Hence there is no need to check the
disconnected flag, and we can put devices in disabled states also on
driver unbind.

be3101c233 usb: cp210x new Vendor/Device IDs
This patch adds support for the Lake Shore Cryotronics devices to
the CP210x driver.

These lines are ported from cp210x driver distributed by Lake Shore web site:
   http://www.lakeshore.com/Documents/Lake%20Shore%20cp210x-3.0.0.tar.gz
and licensed under the terms of GPLv2.

Moreover, I've tested this changes with Lake Shore 335 in my labs.
