Colin Cross 19329cdd0d ARM64: copy CONFIG_CMDLINE_EXTEND from ARM ... Copy the config choice for CONFIG_CMDLINE_EXTEND from arch/arm/Kconfig, including CONFIG_CMDLINE_FROM_BOOTLOADER as the default.
