f2f6c2556d clk: add common of_clk_init() function
Modify of_clk_init function so that it will determine which
driver to initialize based on device tree instead of each driver

1a3cd18475 clk-divider: fix macros
The macro is_power_of_two() in clk-divider.c was defined as !(i & ~i)

Also add brackets around the macro arguments in div_mask to avoid any

eb8b8f2e71 clk: prima2: enable dt-binding clkdev mapping
this patche deletes hard code that registers clkdev by things like:
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0030000.nand");
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0040000.audio");
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0080000.usp");
prima2 clock controller becomes a clock provider and every dt node
just declares its clock sources by dt prop.

it also makes us easier to extend this driver to support both prima2
and marco as marco has different address mapping with prima2.

f1ba28a1f0 clk: max77686: Avoid double free at remove time
The clk_lookup entry is dropped at remove time by a call to
clkdev_drop(). That function frees the entry, which is also freed by the
driver core as it has been allocated through devm_kzalloc(). This
results in a double free.

Use kzalloc() instead of devm_kzalloc() to fix this.

72480014b8 clk: vt8500: Fix device clock divisor calculations
When calculating device clock divisor values in set_rate and
round_rate, we do a simple integer divide. If parent_rate / rate
has a fraction, this is dropped which results in the device clock

This patch corrects the problem by adding 1 to the calculated
divisor if the division would have had a decimal result.

4895084c87 clk: export __clk_get_name for re-use in imx-ipu-v3 and others

There are valid usecases to get the name of a clock, be it for debugging
purposes or to register a children of a clock like done in this IPU driver.
Therefore exporting __clk_get_name() and make it available for others makes
sense.

974b33586b ARM: arm-soc fixes for 3.8-rc
People are back from the holiday breaks, and it shows. Here are a bunch of
fixes for a number of platforms:
  - A couple of small fixes for Nomadik
  - A larger set of changes for kirkwood/mvebu
    - uart driver selection, dt clocks, gpio-poweroff fixups,
a few __init annotation fixes and some error handling improvement
      in their xor dma driver.
  - i.MX had a couple of minor fixes (and a critical one for flexcan2
    clock setup)
  - MXS has a small board fix and a framebuffer bugfix
  - A set of fixes for Samsung Exynos, fixing default bootargs and some
    Exynos5440 clock issues
  - A set of OMAP changes including PM fixes and a few sparse warning
    fixups

All in all a bit more positive code delta than we'd ideally want to see
here, mostly from the OMAP PM changes, but nothing overly crazy.

Merge tag 'fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
"People are back from the holiday breaks, and it shows. Here are a
bunch of fixes for a number of platforms:
   - A couple of small fixes for Nomadik
   - A larger set of changes for kirkwood/mvebu
     - uart driver selection, dt clocks, gpio-poweroff fixups, a few
__init annotation fixes and some error handling improvement in
       their xor dma driver.
   - A set of OMAP changes including PM fixes and a few sparse warning
     fixups

All in all a bit more positive code delta than we'd ideally want to
see here, mostly from the OMAP PM changes, but nothing overly crazy."

0b3455a71e ARM: highbank: fix secondary boot and hotplug
With commit 384a290 (ARM: gic: use a private mapping for CPU target
interfaces), wake-up IPIs now go to all cores as the gic cpu interface
numbering may not follow core numbering. This broke secondary boot on
highbank since the boot address was already set for all secondary cores,
this caused all cores to boot before the kernel was ready.

Fix this by moving the setting of the jump address to
highbank_boot_secondary instead of highbank_smp_prepare_cpus and
highbank_cpu_die. Also, clear the address when we boot. This prevents
cores from booting before they are actually triggered and is also necessary
to get suspend/resume to work.

3943deedda ARM: dts: fix highbank cpu mpidr values
With the addition of commit a0ae0240 (ARM: kernel: add device tree init
map function), the cpu reg values must match the cpu mpidr register or we'll
get warnings. For some reason, the CLUSTERID on highbank is 9, so the reg
value needs to be 0x90n to quiet the warnings.

36ff67bc94 ARM: dts: add device_type prop to cpu nodes on Calxeda platforms
While device_type is considered deprecated, it is still needed for tools
like lshw to identify cpu nodes.

be8a42ae60 drm/prime: drop reference on imported dma-buf come from gem
Increasing ref counts of both dma-buf and gem for imported dma-buf come from gem
makes memory leak. release function of dma-buf cannot be called because f_count
of dma-buf increased by importing gem and gem ref count cannot be decrease
because of exported dma-buf.

So I add dma_buf_put() for imported gem come from its own gem into each drivers
having prime_import and prime_export capabilities. With this, only gem ref
count is increased if importing gem exported from gem of same driver.

d9a58a782e xen/netfront: improve truesize tracking
Using RX_COPY_THRESHOLD is incorrect if the SKB is actually smaller
than that. We have already accounted for this in
NETFRONT_SKB_CB(skb)->pull_to so use that instead.

Fixes WARN_ON from skb_try_coalesce.

f3215be950 Merge branch 'exynos-drm-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/daeinki/drm-exynos into drm-next
Summary:
- change exynos file license
. Most of exynos files had been copied from some randome
file and not updated correctly(wrong company name used).
This was our mistakes so chagnes it correctly. For this,
I'm not sure that this patch should go to -fix or -next.
So please give me any comment if there is any problem.
- consider buffer allocation without iommu
. Without iommu, dma_alloc_attrs function allocates some
memory region and returns cpu address so this patch makes
the cpu address to be set to buf->kvaddr correctly
- cleanups to ipp relevant codes.
- use common finish page flip function
. to avoid the duplication of same code, use
    exynos_drm_crtc_finish_pageflip function commonly instead
    of each one.
- fix fimd resume issue.
. when fimd was turned off by suspend, there was one issue that
the fimd wasn't turned on by resume so fix it chaing resume
    condition.
