Enables pmic gpio13 on msm8996 so that the neutrino driver can toggle it
during probe to bring the hardware out of reset. This is required for
suspend/resume when neutrino resx is disconnected from pcie_reset.

The adaptive clock distribution (ACD) mitigates the impact of
high-frequency supply voltage (VDD) droops on microprocessor
performance. Program ACD functional configuration for both
Silver and Gold clusters of sdm630.
Also set VCTL_RAMP_EN & VCTL_RAMP_EN to 1 in SAW4_AVS_CTL.

while switching to slow clock.

GIC_PPI flags were misconfigured for the timers, resulting in errors
like:

Add 1024x600p resolution support in adv7533 DSI-to-HDMI
bridge chip on msm8996 automotive target. This change creates
a new timing parameter for DSI panels along with parameters
like vtotal, htotal, panel-width, panel-height etc.

This is required to add a PM QOS request to disallow L2PC on masked CPUS.
It improves queue to submit time for first set of GPU commands
which results in GPU wake up.

Adding remote debugger device configuration. The Remote Debugger driver
allows a debugger running on a host PC to communicate with a remote
stub running on peripheral subsystems.

Use reserved memory as shared memory between apps and modem for

On Mojave lite, adv7481 hardware is not available hence
disable adv7481 and bridge abstraction driver.
