ASoC: sdm660: fix clock refcount for MI2S shutdown
...
For MI2S shutdown, if clock disable fails,
do not increment clock reference. Otherwise,
next time when startup is called, clock enable will not
be called again, so use case will not work.

drivers: qcom: lpm-stats: Fix undefined access error

In cleanup_stats(), a freed memory pointer pos might be accessed for
list traversal. Switch to using _safe() variant of the list API to
prevent undefined accesses.
