The clockevent core is able to figure out the best mult and shift,
calculate min_delta_ns and max_delta_ns, with the necessary info passed
into clockevents_config_and_register(). Use this combined configure
and register function where possible to make the codes less error prone
and gain some positive diff stat.

The hardware reset value of bit CCM_CLPCR_LPM enables WAIT mode
(WAIT_UNCLOCKED) by default. However this is undesirable because
WAIT mode should only be enabled when there is a driver managing
ARM clock gating. Correct the initial power mode to WAIT_CLOCKED
(disable WAIT mode). While at it, the power mode after resuming
is also set back to WAIT_CLOCKED from STOP_POWER_OFF.

It's buggy to disable the cpu that is being hot-unplugged in .cpu_die
hook which runs on the cpu itself. Instead, it should be done in
.cpu_kill which runs on the thread (another cpu) that asks for shutting
down the cpu. Move imx_enable_cpu(cpu, false) call into .cpu_kill
hook, and leave the cpu to be hot-unplugged in WFI within .cpu_die,
so that we can get a more stable cpu hot-plug operation.

if_changed (used by the *.dts->*.dtc rule) rebuilds files if they aren't
contained in $(targets). (make V=2 indicates this). Add $(dtb-y) to
$(targets) to prevent *.dtb from always being rebuilt.
This fixes a regression introduced by the .dtb rule rework in 499cd82
"ARM: dt: change .dtb build rules to build in dts directory".

Current simple-card driver calls asoc_simple_card_dai_init()
if platform had a asoc_simple_card_dai_init pointer.
And, this initialization function works only
when platform has an applicable initial value for each dai settings.
And basically, almost all sound card requires certain initialization.
This means that almost all platform has initialization settings,
and driver do nothing if it doesn't have settings.
And additionally, current simple-card supports sysclk settings but it was
only for codec. In order to abolish deviation between cpu and codec,
and in order to simplify processing,
this patch adds asoc_simple_dai, and removed pointless
struct asoc_simple_dai_init_info which was trigger of
calling asoc_simple_card_dai_init().

The header is used by drivers/dma/amba-pl08x.c, which can be compiled
under x86, where PL080 exists under a PCI-to-AMBA bridge. This patche
moves it where it can be accessed by other architectures, and fixes

This patch fixes aes-armv4.S and sha1-armv4-large.S to work
natively in Thumb. This allows ARM/Thumb interworking workarounds
to be removed.
I also take the opportunity to convert some explicit assembler
directives for exported functions to the standard
ENTRY()/ENDPROC().
For the code itself:
* In sha1_block_data_order, use of TEQ with sp is deprecated in
ARMv7 and not supported in Thumb. For the branches back to
.L_00_15 and .L_40_59, the TEQ is converted to a CMP, under the
assumption that clobbering the C flag here will not cause
incorrect behaviour.
For the first branch back to .L_20_39_or_60_79 the C flag is
important, so sp is moved temporarily into another register so
that TEQ can be used for the comparison.
* In the AES code, most forms of register-indexed addressing with
shifts and rotates are not permitted for loads and stores in
Thumb, so the address calculation is done using a separate
instruction for the Thumb case.
The resulting code is unlikely to be optimally scheduled, but it
should not have a large impact given the overall size of the code.
I haven't run any benchmarks.

Some systems compile in both ARMv6 and ARMv7 into multiplatform
configurations. This means the default compiler flags are for ARMv6,
and we will get:

The Integrator/AP syscon remapping was done in the .setup()
function rather than .preinit() which is wrong - .preinit()
is called before .setup() and the former also use the syscon
base and cause a crash since it was not yet remapped.

We still need to fix up few places for multiplatform support,
but that can proceed separately. Fix the issue by making the
problem drivers depends !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM for now.
The remaining pieces that are not multiplatform compatible
for omap2+ SoCs are:
1. Some drivers are using custom omap_dm_timer calls
There are two drivers that are directly usign omap hardware
timers for PWM and DSP clocking: drivers/media/rc/ir-rx51.c and
drivers/staging/tidspbridge/core/dsp-clock.c. These can be
fixed for multiplatform by allowing a minimal set of hardware
timers to be accessed, and for some functionality by using the
hrtimer framework.
2. Hardware OMAP4_ERRATA_I688 needs to be fixed up
This can't be enabled for multiplatform configurations in
it's current form. It may be possible to fix it up to do
instruction replacement early on during init. Luckily it
looks like this errata does not seem to get hit with
mainline kernel code alone at least currently.
3. Legacy header needed for omap-sham.c
Looks like it still needs mach/irqs.h for omap1 that
does not exist for multiplatform systems. Just ifdef
it for now.
4. Mailbox is waiting to get moved to drivers
Disable it for now to avoid adding a dependency to the
mailbox patches.

Add multiplatform debug_ll support by stripping away
the custom hacks to detect the port from debug-macro.S.
Note that this now requires the specific debug_ll port to
be selected in the .config.
The old debug-macro.S will be removed a bit later
once we are sure things work properly with multiplatform
enabled.

Otherwise omap dmaengine will initialized when booted
on other SoCs. Fix this by initializing the platform
device in arch/arm/*omap*/dma.c instead.

We only want this initcall to run when the kernel is
booted on omap SoCs. Fix the issue by initializing the
the initcall from separately for omap1 and omap2+.
This fixes the issue for omap2+ multiplatform configs
as we are using omap_subsys_initcall there.

This way the initcalls don't run on other SoCs on multiplatform
kernels. Otherwise we'll get something like this when booting
on vexpress:

We need to make sure that multiplatform kernels don't
run omap initcalls when booted on other SoCs.
Do this by adding wrapper macros for the initcalls that
return early if soc_is_omap() test fails. This allows
us to easily change the defines later if we have SoC
specific init sections available.
