When initializing DLL in HS400 enhanced strobe-mode, no need to wait
for core dll lock. So skip this wait-on-lock step for hs400es in dll
init sequence.

When the host controller accepts only 32bit writes, the value of the
16bit TRANSFER_MODE register, that has the same 32bit address as the
16bit COMMAND register, needs to be saved and it will be written
in a 32bit write together with the command as this will trigger the
host to send the command on the SD interface.
When sending the tuning command, TRANSFER_MODE is written and then
sdhci_set_transfer_mode reads it back to clear AUTO_CMD12 bit and
write it again resulting in wrong value to be written because the
initial write value was saved in a shadow and the read-back returned
a wrong value, from the register.
Fix sdhci_iproc_readw to return the saved value of TRANSFER_MODE
when a saved value exist.
Same fix for read of BLOCK_SIZE and BLOCK_COUNT registers, that are
saved for a different reason, although a scenario that will cause the
mentioned problem on this registers is not probable.

A spinlock is held while updating the internal copy of the IRQ mask,
but not while writing it to the actual IMASK register. After the lock
is released, an IRQ can occur before the IMASK register is written.
If handling this IRQ causes the mask to be changed, when the handler
returns back to the middle of the first mask update, a stale value
will be written to the mask register.
If this causes an IRQ to become unmasked that cannot have its status
cleared by writing a 1 to it in the IREG register, e.g. the SDIO IRQ,
then we can end up stuck with the same IRQ repeatedly being fired but
not handled. Normally the MMC IRQ handler attempts to clear any
unexpected IRQs by writing IREG, but for those that cannot be cleared
in this way then the IRQ will just repeatedly fire.
This was resulting in lockups after a while of using Wi-Fi on the
CI20 (GitHub issue #19).
Resolve by holding the spinlock until after the IMASK register has
been updated.

It was found that in IDMAC mode after soft-reset driver switches
to PIO mode.
That's what happens in case of DTO timeout overflow calculation failure:
1. soft-reset is called
2. driver restarts dma
3. descriptors states are checked, one of descriptor is owned by the IDMAC.
4. driver can't use DMA and then switches to PIO mode.
Failure was already fixed in:
https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-mmc/msg48125.html.
Behaviour while soft-reset is not something we except or
even want to happen. So we switch from dw_mci_idmac_reset
to dw_mci_idmac_init, so descriptors are cleaned before starting dma.
And while at it explicitly zero des0 which otherwise might
contain garbage as being allocated by dmam_alloc_coherent().

The ls1046a datasheet specified that the max SD clock frequency
for eSDHC SDR104/HS200 was 167MHz, and the ls1012a datasheet
specified it's 125MHz for ls1012a. So this patch is to add the
limitation.

This patch can fix two issues:
Issue 1:
In previous code, div may be overflow when setting clock frequency
as f_min. We can use DIV_ROUND_UP to fix this boundary related
issue.
Issue 2:
In previous code, we can not set the correct clock frequency when
div equals 0xff.

Remove the runtime PM vote if command-queue request processing fails.
Otherwise, in case command-queue request preparation fails,
the runtime PM votes go out of sync and sdhc platform device suspend
might get blocked.

Block device should be available before mounting of root
device. In some cases block device is not available at the
time of root device mounting because mmc detect work is not
completed by that time which is causing mount failure. This
change flush mmc detect work asynchronously after device probe
and before mounting of root device, async_synchronize_full
will make sure all asynchronous function calls have been done.

SDHC core with 14lpp tech DLL should not enable PWRSAVE_DLL since
such controller's internal gating cannot meet following MCLK requirement:
when MCLK is gated OFF, it is not gated for less than 0.5us and MCLK must
be switched on for at-least 1us before DATA starts coming.
Since all the latest versions of sdhc host has this 14lpp tech DLL
Don't set PWRSAVE_DLL bit accordingly.

Enable SDHC FIFO explicitly by disabling the alternative FIFO.
The boot-loaders might use alternative FIFO instead of HC FIFO.
And the vendor specific register which has this setting won't get
reset with controller reset. So the FIFO setting done by the
bootloader would remain as it is unless its explicitly cleared.
Without clearing this setting, mmc driver can't make use of regular
FIFO mode.

SDHCI_QUIRK2_USE_PIO_FOR_EMMC_TUNING quirk is defined with a bit position
of 23 (1 << 23). Since this bit position is already defined for some other
quirk, update its bit position to next available one.

Due to some quirks, hardware timeout interrupts of commands with R1B
response get ignored. This is required as some commands take more time
to complete than what hardware controller can wait. But when actual
hardware timeout occurs due to faulty card or any other issue, the
issue will appear as software timeout and the information that a
hardware timeout occurred will be lost. So added logs through
ratelimited prink and ring buffer so that the information will be
present when debugging is required.

If this quirk is set, then data timeout interrupt must not be
handled for R1B commands, as those commands may need larger
timeout value (larger than max timeout that controller can handle).

Since there is no longer a parent child relation between the platform
sdhc device and the sdhc card, there is a possibility that the mmc card
suspend can be executed after sdhc platform suspend is done. This can
happen if async suspend of mmc card is enabled. Suspending of mmc card
requires platform device to be on and platform device suspend should
occur after mmc card suspend. To ensure this ordering in system suspend
case, let the card suspend in the regular suspend phase and make the
platform device suspend in the late suspend phase of system suspend.

Force probing the sdhc1 bus even if it is not the boot device
by reading the device tree property qcom,force-sdhc1-probe.
Enables using the primary port for other use cases even when
the board is not using eMMC for boot.

From sdm660 onwards, the sdcc core will support
CDR in CMDQ mode, so it needs to be enabled.
This change is to enable CDR for cmdq mode.

Upon encountering any error, few important registers are being captured
in trace logs in sdhci_dumpregs(). But without capturing exact error,
it would be tough to determine from which point in driver this dumpregs
has called. So capture the error state as well in Trace logs before
calling sdhci_dumpregs(). Also capture power irq related registers in
Trace logs upon any power irq related errors.

As per emmc specification, device should be notified either with
power-off or sleep notification before turning off the Vcc.
Failing to do so might affect the device longevity.
In mmc driver initialization phase even before device probing
gets completed, Vcc is getting turned off without these notifications.
Since it can't send commands at this stage, So just ensure that Vcc
is not turned off till initialization gets completed.

Set the dll to last known good phase before sending status command
while executing tuning. This is to ensure that status command won't
fail due to bad phase. Thus we can avoid sending status command
multiple times and reduce tuning latency.

Don't clear io pad power switch setting when 3V support is faked.
This bit has to be cleared for allowing IO pad to switch to 3V when
Vccq is really configured to 3V. But in case of faking 3V where we
configure Vccq to 1.8V only, we shouldn't clear this bit.
